Academic Heart of DSSC

Our Story

Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) is the only state college in the Province of Davao del Sur, located in Barangay Matti, Digos City. Formerly the Digos Campus of the Southern Philippines Agribusiness and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST), the institution officially became an independent state college through Republic Act No. 11220 in 2019. Since then, DSSC has remained committed to providing quality instruction, advancing research, delivering extension services, and promoting innovation to support the educational and developmental needs of the region. Today, with six academic institutes and extension campuses in Matanao, Sulop, and Kapatagan, DSSC continues to empower students through excellence in higher education, community engagement, and lifelong learning.
